CHALLENGES AND HOPES

• I challenge contemporary STANDUPS to ameliorate for their neglect by SUPPORTING AMERICA'S FIRST STANDUP -- either by supporting this play in some way or by other means.
• I hope that many little professional and amateur theaters and school classes will want to present this play or parts of it. (I don't expect to make anything from it -- for that's the American way.)
• If you think my form of the play should be rearranged or rewritten, I could give you written permission to do so, if it would "revive" Charles Farrar Browne.
