MEASURING HUMAN MANAGEMENT Workers in the burgeoning field of Artifician Intgelligence have peformed many useful tasks for our Society. But there are three essential tasks which, apparently, they have not yet challenged:

Writing programs which cull out most appplications for jobs, etc., freeing humans for a few necessary decisions.

Writing programs which distinguish stages of the management-decision-process, and show which ones can be computerized or automated.

Writing "game-type" programs which "pit" the student or "on-the-line" manager against a "management" program, to see which does better.
The "game-type" program described can be adapted to provide a MEASURE OF THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY MANAGER OR PROTOMANAGER.
