• the primary concerns in a republic and in a market ecoomy are choices and roles.
• A mathematics dealing with choicesand roles, namely, Combinatorics (a.k.a. Combinatorial Algebra), has existed since the middle of the 18th century -- initiated by the great Swiss mathematician, Leonhard Euler (x-y) -- but is not taught in our schools!
• The math of this is simple simple arithmetic, and I have a online combinatorial mathtivity, Building a Googol World in a Shoe-Box, for teaching this to primary school children, and I have successfully demonstrated this interactively with children of the Third Grade and older.
• So there is no excuse for our Educational Institution not providing this powerful strategy for being an effective citizen and consumer!
