Strictly speaking, the Platonist Dogma only claims that HUMANS DO NOT CREATE MATHEMATICS, BUT DISCOVER IT IN SOME "PLATONIC REALM".

But here's the Smogma about that. Platonists have never attempted to distinguish "the Platonic essence of Mathematics", hence, by default, leak their Dogma to music, painting, poetry, drama, literature, etc. -- implying that humans create nothing.

Either must accept this, or attempt to revise their Dogma, and it will cease to be the traditional Platonism.

Furthermore, they do not explain how this "Platonist Realm" is different than the "Christian Heaven" or "Jewish Heaven" or the equivalent in other religions. So, by default .....

And in saying or implying that only certains persons (presumably notable mathematicians) can discover mathematics, Platonists do not show how this is different than, say, The Roman Catholic dogma that priest are the intercessors between God and The Laity. So, by default, Platonists do not explain their intercession between "The Platonist Realm" and nonmathematicians, thus failing to distinguish themselves from "high priests".

Thus, by default, Platonism is not distinguished from a religion.
