If science were no longer taught as magic or religion, then science could appear to every "open-minded" person as an equilizer, providing the same resources to every one.

This is possible because "first class science" can be presented as an extended interactive (algorithmic) computer program which can teach and comply upon implementation. And "second class science" can be made into an extended interactive artificial intelligence program teaching what is currently available.
